Omnichannel messaging: WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and TikTok

A single Chatbots page gathers the bots of all your channels. Messenger and Instagram Direct land in the same inbox as WhatsApp and can be answered by an AI agent; TikTok connects for publishing content and viewing statistics, because its API does not offer direct messages.

What is included

  • Create a chatbot in three steps: pick the channel, connect it and assign an AI agent (optional).
  • Messenger (Facebook pages) and Instagram Direct (professional accounts) integrated into the same Live Chat.
  • Change or remove the AI agent from the list or the detail view, effective immediately and without restarts.
  • Filters by channel and status (connected, disconnected, archived) and bot renaming.
  • TikTok: publish videos and photos from the platform and view account and video statistics.

How it works

  1. Connect the channel under “Messaging channels” (Messenger, Instagram or TikTok); WhatsApp launches its own wizard.
  2. Create the chatbot on that channel and, if you wish, assign it an AI agent.
  3. Handle conversations from the Live Chat and review the bot's metrics.

Limits worth knowing

  • TikTok is not a chat channel and does not support an AI agent: its public API has no direct messaging.
  • For Messenger, Instagram and TikTok you must connect the channel first; the chatbot is that connection.
  • Instagram does not accept documents as attachments and limits image and video sizes (limits set by Meta).

Frequently asked questions

Can I handle Messenger and Instagram from the same dashboard as WhatsApp?
Yes. All conversations arrive in the unified Live Chat inbox.
Can an AI agent reply on TikTok?
No. TikTok is used to publish content and view statistics, not as a chat channel.
