Invoices from WhatsApp, email and DGI in a single report
ScaleMyTeam brings together invoices from three sources: those arriving over WhatsApp, those entering a mailbox, and those downloaded from Panama's DGI e-Tax 2.0 portal. It reads them with OCR, recognizes the supplier and sends your accountant a unified Excel every day.
What is included
- Email agent that watches a mailbox (Gmail, Microsoft 365 or IMAP/SMTP), detects invoice attachments, processes them with OCR and replies to the sender.
- Anti-noise filters and exclusion rules by sender, domain, subject or attachment; when OCR confidence is low, the email is escalated to human review.
- “DGI Sync” skill: signs in to the e-Tax 2.0 portal with each company's credentials and downloads received or issued invoices to Dropbox on a schedule.
- Automatic enrichment: when an invoice carries a valid CUFE, the official DGI PDF is downloaded and both files are kept.
- Daily report to the accountant with an Excel that unifies DGI, WhatsApp and email.
- Supplier catalog per organization or company to automatically recognize and normalize the issuer of each invoice.
How it works
- Connect the mailbox, the Dropbox account and each company's DGI credentials.
- Schedule the DGI download and activate the email agent; invoices sent via WhatsApp arrive through the chatbot.
- Review the daily report and handle the cases the system escalates for low confidence.
Limits worth knowing
- For Gmail and Microsoft 365 the organization registers its own OAuth application (Google Cloud or Azure AD).
- The agent replies once per email and does not reply to automated senders (no-reply) to avoid loops.
- The DGI download is idempotent per CUFE; if DGI does not respond, after a 60-minute grace period the customer's original is uploaded.
- Credentials are stored encrypted and are never shown back.
Frequently asked questions
- Does it work with Panama's electronic invoices?
- Yes. The DGI skill downloads electronic invoices from each company's e-Tax 2.0 portal and links them by CUFE.
- Where are the files stored?
- In the Dropbox folder you connect, organized by company, year, month and type (received or issued).
